Switching from ResourceInn
Three steps, and one payroll cycle run twice so nobody has to take the numbers on faith.
Export
You export your people list, leave balances and recent payslips from ResourceInn as CSV or Excel. The file stays yours.
Import people and balances
You import your people, joining dates, salaries and opening leave balances into Tanzeem from that file, and check them before the first run.
Run a parallel payroll
You run one month in both systems and compare the registers line by line. When gross, deductions and net match, you switch. Until then, ResourceInn stays in place.
