Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Tanzeem, provided by WalQalum Technologies (Private) Limited (“WalQalum”, “we”, “us”). By using Tanzeem or installing its Microsoft Teams or Slack app, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the actions of users under your account, and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for your organization and to connect any workspace you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity; no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation; no reverse engineering except as permitted by law; and no use that violates the terms of connected platforms (Microsoft, Slack).

Integrations

When you connect Teams or Slack, you authorize Tanzeem to post the notifications you configure to the channels you select. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes that access. Your use of Teams and Slack remains subject to their own terms.

Subscriptions & fees

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on renewal with notice.

Intellectual property

Tanzeem, its software, and its brand are owned by WalQalum. You retain all rights to the data your organization submits (“Customer Data”); you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tanzeem assists with HR, payroll, and related workflows but does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice; you are responsible for validating outputs against your legal obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the applicable order or for material breach. On termination, access ends and Customer Data is deleted or returned as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, unless a signed order states otherwise.
