You save your people list, salaries and leave balances as Excel or CSV. The file stays yours.
Import from Excel or CSV
You import your people, joining dates, salaries and opening leave balances into Tanzeem from that file, and check them before the first run.
Run a parallel payroll
You run one month in Tanzeem next to your sheet and compare them line by line. When gross, tax, EOBI and net match, you switch.
