A mobile app for check-in, leave and payslips
The Tanzeem mobile app is coming soon. Employees will check in and out on a geofence, request leave, open payslips and get push notifications, with check-ins queued offline.
How it will work
Sign in
Employees will sign in with their Tanzeem account.
Check in on site
Check-in and out will be verified against the office geofence.
Request and approve
Leave requests will go to the same approver chain as the web app.
Payslips in hand
Each payslip will open on the phone as soon as payroll publishes it.

Geofenced check-in
You will check in and out from your phone, verified against the office geofence.
Offline queue
A check-in made without signal will be queued and sent when the phone reconnects.
Leave
You will request leave and see balances from your phone.
Payslips
You will open every payslip on your phone.
Push notifications
Approvals and updates will arrive as push notifications, on Android first.
Right-to-left ready
It will support right-to-left languages such as Arabic.
When will it be available?
It is coming soon. We will announce it when it ships.
Android or iPhone?
It will run on both, from one codebase. Push notifications will reach Android first.
Does it work without signal?
Check-ins will queue on the phone and send when it reconnects.
Can I check in from home?
Check-in will be verified against the office geofence. Working from home will go through a request.
Will staff need a new account?
No. Employees will sign in with the Tanzeem account they already have.
