Onboarding and offboarding as checklists, not emails
A pre-joining pack, Day-1 signing and a probation record for joiners. An exit checklist with asset return, access revocation and final settlement for leavers.
How Tanzeem handles it
Pre-joining pack
Once the offer is signed, the joiner receives their pre-joining pack before the first day.
Day-1 signing
Contracts and policies are signed electronically on Day 1, and the employee folders are created.
Assets and probation
Equipment handed over is recorded against the employee, and a probation record tracks the period.
Exit checklist
A leaver goes through asset return, access revocation and final settlement, then the record is archived.
What is in Onboarding
Pre-joining pack
Everything a joiner needs before Day 1, sent from one place once the offer is signed.
Day-1 e-signature
Contracts and policies signed electronically on the first day, filed in the employee folders.
Probation record
The probation period and its outcome recorded on the employee.
Asset hand-off
Onboarding assigns equipment through the assets module, and offboarding collects it back.
Exit checklist
Asset return, access revocation, final settlement and archive, tracked as one checklist.
Final settlement
The leaver settlement goes to payroll and is paid in a single settled payslip.
Does onboarding start on its own?
Yes. A signed offer in recruitment starts onboarding for the new joiner.
How is access revoked on exit?
Access revocation is an item on the exit checklist, tracked with the rest of the exit.
How is the final settlement worked out?
Payroll computes pro-rata salary, leave encashment, notice period and outstanding deductions, and issues one settled payslip.
What happens to the record after exit?
It moves to the archive with its full history. Nothing is hard deleted.
Are laptops and devices tracked?
Yes. Assets handed over at onboarding are recorded, and the exit checklist includes returning them.
Bring last month’s payroll sheet to the demo
We will run it through Tanzeem on the call and show you each payslip, with the working, before you decide anything.
