Reviews and increments on rules you set
Weighted KPIs scored 1 to 10, increment bands with a cap you choose, and three review calls on a cycle you set. Every decision is written to the audit log.
How Tanzeem handles it
Set the KPIs
Five general and five role-specific KPIs, weighted 40% and 60% by default. The weights are yours to change.
Score in the window
Each KPI is scored from 1 to 10 during the review window.
Three review calls
A pre-review, individual and post-review call, each with the gating mode you choose.
Increment band
The weighted score maps to an increment band, capped at 20% by default.
What is in Performance
Weighted KPIs
General KPIs shared by everyone and role-specific KPIs per role, with configurable weights.
1 to 10 scoring
One scale for every KPI, so scores compare across teams.
Increment bands
Score ranges map to increment bands, with a cap you set per company.
Review cycle
June and November by default. Review windows and decision month are company settings.
Review calls
Pre-review, individual and post-review calls, with a gating mode for how they sequence.
Audit log
Every score and decision is audit-logged with who made it and when.
Can we change the KPI weights?
Yes. The 40% general and 60% role-specific split is a default, and the weights are configuration.
Is the increment cap fixed?
No. It defaults to 20% and each company sets its own.
How often do reviews run?
Twice a year by default, in June and November. The windows and decision month are yours to set.
Do all roles use the same KPIs?
The five general KPIs are shared. The five role-specific KPIs differ per role.
Is every change recorded?
Yes. Scores, calls and increment decisions are written to the audit log.
